Is the Multidal suitable for use with grass?

The Multidal can certainly be used in combination with grass, but growth will be slightly lower than with a traditional grass grid (approximately 20% less). This is because the bottom of the Multidal is denser, giving roots less room to develop. While the Multidal is less suitable as a pure grass grid, it is an excellent solution for combining grass and gravel — something a standard grass grid cannot offer. Therefore, the Multidal is not a replacement for a grass grid, but is specifically designed to integrate gravel and grass.
