Inspiration & advice

In this residential housing development, ECCOgravel was used for the parking spaces by the homes. The surfacing had to be practical for everyday use, while also blending in nicely with the warm architecture, the cobbled paving and the green front gardens.

Around this estate agency and the associated apartments, ECCOgravel was chosen as a stable, permeable solution for the entire car park and front garden. The combination of modern architecture, plenty of greenery and soft, organic shapes called for a surface that is functional, yet blends beautifully into the surroundings.

In this garden, ECCOborder Flex was used around the swimming pond and the flower beds. The edging follows the organic shapes of the garden design and provides a neat separation between lawn, planting and pond. The result is a well-kept, natural garden in which the different zones are nicely defined, without the edging becoming visually dominant.

Around Ten Bogaerde Arts Centre, ECCOgravel forms the perfect link between heritage, architecture and the outdoor space. The stable gravel surface preserves the site’s natural look while providing comfort, accessibility and permeability. A restrained solution that enhances the character of the surroundings.

An artificial grass lawn is only as good as the base underneath it. Sunken spots, a musty smell after a warm shower, or puddles that stay for days: the problem is rarely in the artificial grass layer. These are the three problems we see coming back most often.

In a residential project in Bonheiden, an extensive green roof was installed using ECCOsedum trays. These pre-grown sedum trays allow for quick installation and an instantly green result.
